Peeply Terms of Use

Eligibility & account

You are responsible for ensuring that you are legally permitted to use the App in your location. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions, billing & PRO features

Peeply may offer optional paid subscriptions or one-time purchases that unlock PRO features in the App. Prices, billing cycles, and trial terms (if any) are shown in the App at the time of purchase.

Payments and renewals are processed by your app store or payment provider, and their terms and policies also apply. You can usually manage or cancel your subscription at any time via that provider. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. If you cancel, you will typically retain access to PRO features until the end of your current billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to access it in an unauthorized way, interfering with its normal operation, or using it for illegal or harmful activities. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms or risks harm to Peeply or other users.

Intellectual property

Peeply, including its name, logo, design, and underlying software, is owned or licensed by us and protected by applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and can request deletion of your account and associated data as described in our Privacy Policy and Data & Legacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you materially breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, this clause applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you through the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
